Yes. An alarm notifies certain events, but we check the physical condition of the property: damp, windows, terrace, mail, cleaning, utilities and signs of abandonment.

Do you send photos on each visit?

Yes. Each check includes photos and a clear summary with observations, detected incidents and actions carried out according to the plan.

Is cleaning included?

It can be included in higher plans or hired as an extra. We separate basic maintenance cleaning, pre-arrival, post-stay and deep cleaning.

Can you open for a technician or relative?

Yes, with prior authorisation from the owner. We can hold keys, open the property, record the visit and send confirmation.

Do you manage holiday apartments?

Yes, as an additional line. We can help with preparation, check-in/check-out, cleaning, damage checks and basic restocking.
